Ryan Lawn & Tree provides employees with Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage through Voya in the amount of $20,000. This benefit is 100% Employer Paid. Benefits reduce by 50% at age 70. Coverage terminates at retirement.
VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE
You also have the option of purchasing additional life insurance for yourself, your spouse and children. If you desire coverage more than the guaranteed issue amount, or are a late enrollee, you must complete the Evidence of Insurability form and approval is subject to underwriting
guidelines.
